WOOD BEER | |
Big Talbot park has a beach that is a tucked away off of Heckscher Drive. It has a variety of debris, some of which is natural, some of which is man made garbage. This is an example, and although it is trash, it is part of this beach's beauty. The color of this green glass contrasts well with the gray wood and blue sky. Something about sea glass triggers a nostalgic feeling, and I think it looks amazing.

COW TREES |
These trees are on the same beach, which is covered by charred trees. I am not sure of the reason, it is possibly for from lightning strikes, or from vandalism. These trees actually look like they have the same patten as a cow, and I love the way burnt wood looks. Something about the metallic deep black color contrasted with the bleached white drift wood, it really caught my eye.

BEACH CLUMP |
I know we are not supposed to use family members, but, I liked this one so much, I included it in my top three photos. This is actually my son, Ashton (age 5). I am not sure what this is, but he thought it would make a good photo. I just like the perspective, and the fact that he is out of focus. It reminds me of a photo in National Geographic, or similar magazine.
